On last Wednesday, June 30^th, Trends & Technologies VN, together with Avaya Corporation – a global leader in business communications – and other sponsors organized a seminar about Avaya Contact Center Consumer Index at Intercontinental Hotel. This event attracted many managers and specialists from large companies to join in. This seminar has also provided a lot of useful information for enterprises who want to improve their customer services. There were 3 main contents for this seminar, such as:
